We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, costs, and other relevant information.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer shipping across all Australian states and territories:

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD

  • $10 flat rate for deliveries within Queensland

  • $15 flat rate for all other states and territories

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Queensland: 3–5 business days

  • Other states: 5–7 business days

Authority to Leave (ATL) and Signature

Our standard service uses Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning couriers may leave parcels in a safe place at your address if unattended. If you prefer Signature on Delivery, please select this option during checkout. Redelivery fees may apply if no one is available.

We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with trusted logistics partners. Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 4–20 business days, depending on location.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import restrictions.

  • Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or customs clearance processes.

Delivery Instructions

You may leave specific delivery notes at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee couriers will follow these exactly. Couriers do not call ahead or arrange scheduled delivery times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather events, holidays, remote locations, or carrier disruption
